Dr Singh had a holistic approach to the conversation. He was very empathetic and caring and good at problem solving. He went the extra mile by giving us his administrator's email so we could contact him direct (as we had had some related communication problems). I felt very confident with his clinical expertise.

My daughter lives with autism, ADHD, and other mental and physical health conditions. Dr Singh made her feel at ease very quickly so she engaged well from the start. This was despite the fact that the consultation had to be done online. He listened really well and established great rapport and communication. He had a kind and gentle manner and it was very clear to both of us that he genuinely cared as well as having confidence in his professional skills. Dr Singh also went the extra mile in that we have been having ongoing difficulty in communication with another organisation, so he intervened and was able to sort this out very quickly. I cannot recommend Dr Singh highly enough.
